Not at all surprising. Film production- whether on the physical or development side- is a total boy's club, and many of those "boys" are some of the most depraved people I've ever met, and unfortunately had to work with.

Nothing more frustrating than the boys club of Hollywood film production. It never ceases to amaze me that the old time, blue collar, production dudes never seem to go away.
