I’m about 6 hours into my MEA trial and I’m thoroughly enjoying it so far. Doesn’t give me goosebumps like my first playthrough of ME1, but nothing will do that anymore. I’ve got like 1000 hrs combined in the original trilogy.

It can’t be any worse than the UI in Witcher 3. Mass Effect 1 had the most cohesive story of the original trilogy. I’m okay with a more cerebral flow to the story. It sounds like the first 10 hours are all about world building. The original game spent the first 8 hours on the Citadel. I’m just going to go out on

This is reassuring. 1 is my favorite of the series (closely followed by 3, FITE ME IRL), but I’m deliberately avoiding spoilers until I get the game myself. Fingers crossed I’m not disappointed :/

I think it makes a damn good impression if you were wanting more of 1. If you were wanting 2 or 3, not so much.

There was always this

I remember buying games when I was younger and obsessiving over them so much, I would take the manuals with me to school to read them over and over until I got back home to play them again.

Gonna guess.... you’re a white guy.

I’ve found that the area south of Akkala gets a lot of rain, as well as the jungle area south of the Great Plateau. It rains at least once per day in those regions, and one of them is usually a thunderstorm. It’s a bit less likely in Hyrule field and some of the other areas.

1. The frequency of the rain. It literally rains at least once per day, for several in-game hours.

I agree that the weapon isn’t worth the grind, but the Zora Trident totally breaks.

Why does it stand to reason?

This is extremely not good, although I’m unsurprised to see people already saying it’s a good move.

All this is really doing is limiting Steam review privileges to those who bought the game off the Steam marketplace- unless I’m mistaken, all key activations are treated as ‘gifts’ and therefore ineligible for review

There are a few folks I know who picked it up for the WiiU and are waiting on the Switch. Still, I honestly wonder what could have been if it had been 100% Switch focused instead. That said, it proves that when not blazing new trails, Nintendo still knows how to make a well-tread path like open-world and survial games

Unless you are really gunning for Splatoon 2 or any of the indies coming this spring/summer, probably no harm in waiting till Mario comes to get a Switch, especially since there might be a better deal or pack-in by that point.

Link to the Past disagrees with you.

Genesis Aladdin or gtfo

Have to be that guy...

You didn’t play the Genesis version....why?
