    From what I read, nobody actually said they were paying a million $$$ as a fine. They did say(in chat) that the car was worth that price, which means they were probably paying about 20k each time they destroyed it.

    I’ve yet to play V and probably won’t for some time, but Vice City is likely always going to be my favourite. Loved that game.

    The Deep Roads themselves are definitely the weak link here. Like the Fade is for the Circle Tower. But I think the story of this quest is one of the most interesting and involved in the entire series.
