“Why has Square had such a hard time getting this right?”

DA:I is literally one of the only games where finding collectables didn’t bore me to tears. Everything felt worthwhile, unlike with most open world games I’ve played.

The pixel art in the game was done by Paul Robertson, and Shiho Tsutsuji. I can tell you that no one on that team was phoning it in. The art is gorgeous.

When were Donkey Kong games ever not good?

Take this from someone who owns that Cuisinart Burr grinder, you really can’t do much worse unless you switch to a blade grinder. The Cuisinart burr grinder is quite limited and inconsistent. I have heavily modified it to get a decent result. It’s one of the worst burr grinders on the market, even at a cheap price.

Are you playing it on a console? Because you can remap buttons on both PS4 and Xbox One at the OS level.

The suggestion to turn the off the minimap in BotW is probably the single best advice someone can give to a new player. I think Kirk was spot on with that suggestion.

It’s interesting. The Moonbase was what I thought was the most breathtaking and amazing setting in the game. It was straight out of 2001: A Space Odyssey combined with Moonraker. It’s the level I consistently re-play the most, and it’s a fun space to operate in stealth.

I always think of the text choice as the thought that Shep is processing before speaking, and that the following dialogue was always an articulation of the thought. If you pay attention they are always thematically connected. I think it works quite well and would’t want it any other way.

Sold!

Future in industrial, heath care, service, and education sectors likely. Games? Probably not so much. The fad of VR as a consumer gaming device will pass.

You’re drawing an arbitrary distinction between physical and digital items simply because it suits your argument. They are both products that required labour to produce. Not paying to obtain something is theft either way, whether physical or digital. The easy of copying a digital object doesn’t negate the act of

Whether you steal a physical object or a digital one, it is still theft. And your examples provided of scenarios where individuals wouldn’t have purchased the game in the first place don’t explain away the aspect of theft in piracy.

“But that crime is not theft”

I don’t think you’re going to get anywhere with people with this type of attitude and stance. They hold fast this idea that there is no harm in pirating a game they supposedly would not have purchased, clinging tightly to their own entitlement. They’re using fantastical arguments (like would it be stealing if you

:-( that’s unfortunate. Here’s hoping there are more soon and you can snag one.

Where did you try to find one? There really were quite a lot available at stores yesterday. Just in one city block in my area, there were four stores with 100+ units each. Add to that small indie game shops with 20-40 units each, all in the same area.

I’ve never been a fan of the multi coloured buttons. Much prefer the purple of the US version. It looks left out of place against the colour of the actual controller.

I have played the first couple zones, and I’m loving it so far. An excellent little gem of a game.

No thanks. Let’s not ruin more classic Square games.
