That’s so odd! I just last week had a conversation with the little old lady deli worker at my market and asked her which amercian cheese was closest to ‘government cheese’. I asked her because I was sure that she knew what I was talking about. She steered me to New Yorker american by Land O’ Lakes and she was spot-on!…
The government cheese made the best enchiladas. The best Jerry! And nachos and cheese sandwiches.
My mom used to get bricks of this from a friend in a nursing home. When I went to college she would give me bricks and we’d have nachos ever night. good times....
Apparently Wahlburgers uses that government cheese since it’s what they grew up on.

I am 100% team Demelza.
I much prefer Demelza (even though I kind of wish she’d left the whole Francis clan to die in S.1); she’s a little messy, and I can relate to that. Elizabeth just seems to have overlooked her husband’s IMMENSE character flaws until it was too late, but she doesn’t do anything to try to fix him or his mistakes. Her…
