A few readers have pointed out that the judge who presided over this case, Michael Corey, is up for re-election this year. As well, a follow-up news story from KTVA reports that the state will help contact the woman at the center of the case and make her aware that she has 90 days to file for restitution.

And “a better father”!!! What the fuck?! Why do people who don’t see women as fully human get married and have kids? Sickening.

he “hopes it doesn’t happen again.”

“a better husband” ....???

Megyn Kelly flopping like shit is one of the top 5 bright spots of 2017.

You never cut off Tom Brokaw.

Also Santa Claus is white and black people deserve to be brutally killed by police and women who are sexually harassed and assaulted are probably asking for it. Gotta leave it at that. We’ll be right back and our next segment will include a prolonged discussion of high waisted jeans.

“Am I going to jail, George?”

Not saying this guy is awesome or anything, but I cannot believe this

“brosecutor”

“Do you even swear to tell the truth?”

Gurl. You and me both, like, by the thousands.

I think I’m going to use “fastest golf cart you ever took” from now on when I’m so enraged with some entitled jerkspine who’s fiddling away and /or being punitive while other more marginalized people suffer.

Someone needs to immediately put Stevie Nicks into a bubble. 2017 will NOT do to me what 2016 did. I’m so upset about this. He wasn’t even old.

Now playing

And an awful day gets worse.

I loved his music, and I loved his attitude. See the“Runnin Down a Dream” doc if you haven’t already - it’s a wonderful mining of his and his band’s work.

And you can’t forget his work with Stevie....

“I have a granddaughter now I’d like to see as much as I can. I don’t want to spend my life on the road.” Jesus, that is heartbreaking. RIP Mr. Petty.

Someone up thread blamed the naïveté on this guy’s youth, but this quote here is why I’m going to suggest it’s more because he’s wealthy. Trump is old as fuck and equally as oblivious, the common denominator is having massive wealth that insulates you from consequences and thinking.
