Though with the sprawl today I can’t imagine the logistics of making a workable train system in L.A. that was actually convenient to most of its residents. So much of this city is residential and there’s no centralized area people gravitate towards for work, even with a newly bustling downtown.

Making her unsympathetic was the point. That, I was okay with, in fact it’s a pretty ingenious concept for a movie and why I want to like it.

I don’t really care about the original series, but damned if I will let the house from my favorite 1990s comedy A Very Brady Sequel get torn down.

I’m going to pretend this is a reference to “The Long Walk” because why hasn’t that been a movie yet?

Aka the Kia Soul.

I don’t disagree with this. Fielder presents himself as a harmless and meek guy so it’s easy to overlook that his humor can be just as cutthroat and mercenary as Baron Cohen’s.

I don’t feel the same way. I can’t think of anyone who is revealed as an asshole that we did not already know was an asshole. Maybe there are some isolated cases, but for the most part he’s not shocking you by getting formerly respected political figures and celebrities to out themselves as secret racists and scumbags.

I can’t believe the Sacha Baron Cohen who could create something this wonderful is the same comedian who takes every comedy script Adam Sandler turns down.

It’s also optimistic to think Netflix would air 10 seasons in 10 years. We’ll probably still be getting news on season 4 in 2028.

Stay away from season 1 of the Handmaid’s Tale then. Season 2 is so stupidly written it won’t affect you. And the writing on this show is even worse (albeit fun to watch in a trashy B-movie way) so you should be in the clear.

Every decade from the 20s to the 80s was super iconic, obviously it didn’t all shift on the first day of each decade but in fashion, music etc. each has a definite “feel” that may influence style for centuries to come.

I mean look. Streep is a pretty good actress but she’s no Sutton Foster.

They’ve said there will be more Mamma Mia! movies until they completely exhaust the catalog, then they will start delving into the discography of Peter Bjorn and John, which sounds like it could be an Abba-y thing.

Keep in mind Björn Ulvaeus has explicitly stated on multiple occasions that Mamma Mia! is set in the same universe as the television show Sliders, and any timeline issues or other continuity errors can be blames on Jerry O’Connell and the gang mucking things up.

Though that probably won’t even pay for half a day’s parking.

I mean, they’re not clever or funny and I don’t really feel any call to defend Gunn..

As it is, with these being years old, it’s debatable.

This certainly fits right in with their Pro-Life agenda.

All I know is Toad’s hat is his head and brain is basically mushroom anyway. Ipso, fatso.
