Good. Fuck Palmer Luckey.
Good. Fuck Palmer Luckey.
ZeniMax Media was founded in May 1999[11] by Bethesda Softworks founder Christopher Weaver and Robert A. Altman.[12][13] ZeniMax was established as a successor company to Media Technology, Bethesda’s parent company at the time.
That’s how lawyers work. Make hyperbolic claims and damages and settle for something less.
I find your lack of understanding disturbing.
Jesus, Zenimax should sell Bethesda so they cant touch this brand anymore, just a disgusting company thrusting around like they own everything even words.
They should have also sued him for the shirt off his back.
Facebook didn’t spend exorbitant amounts of money because they thought the rift would sell well. They believe that VR is an emerging platform and wanted a firm foothold in the market. How many headsets they’re selling isn’t as critical as whether or not the switch ends up selling well.
Not enough for half a billion profit i imagine.
How is the rift selling? This seems like it is turning into a money pit.
Good. Zenimax didn’t have a provable case at all. If Luckey did violate an NDA then restitution is reasonable. But they seem to have absolved Facebook/Oculus of code theft, which is absolutely the correct decision.
The whole t-shirt and blazer thing just doesn’t work.
Key differences here being these mobile games are usually much smaller and easier to make than a full AAA release.
hahahahahahaha ha ha haaaa.
Except both Activision and Apple still make a crap ton of money off yearly releases...
They should probably work on a Capcom Arcade Cabinet sort of dealy.
So far we have:
Japan and NA AFAIK right now. I’d ask BN themselves for other countries.
But how am I supposed to order tickets for the next Star Trek movie on a games console while I’m currently watching the last Star Trek movie on the same console without pausing it?
Seriously though, it’s pretty damn weak for them to keep dropping these features. I mean, did getting rid of Kinect dashboard navigation…
The HDMI passthrough function isn’t going anywhere. You just aren’t going to be able to run apps in a side bar anymore.
seems like something 90% of people used once/never and won’t care about.
