You do realise that you can still purchase other products that aren’t adapted to your local market? This is what fuel the whole import industry.
That’s the exception, though. Most of the time there are really good games on all platforms and you’re just telling yourself the others suck because you can’t or wont shill out the additional money to support all consoles. And from a free-market perspective you shouldn’t anyway.
Yeah, it’s kinda sad how exclusivity is seen as such a important part. Especially with the Switch as it offers actual exclusive features like the joy-con motion controllers and the portability. The ability to take big games wherever you go (in a device, smaller than a laptop) is a bigger thing than any exclusive ever…
You’re just running your mouth because you don’t want to admit you’re wrong.
Sure python is easier than c++, but how is it performance-wise compared to it?
I want this to be part of the standard GitHub repository representation. :O
4chan is it’s own independent, and strong board that doesn’t need your validation to be visited.
Only if you can digitally download it on a new platform that is. Also if that download means you don’t have to purchase it again. Old consoles tend to not breakdown because they were carved on a solid piece of copper and plastic by hand. Newer ones tend to have weak-points that tend to wear and breakdown at some…
If it were Nintendo who made those games there would be nothing to censor, no? They’re censoring their contractors.
Exclusivity is the death of a game to me. Even if you have the console, it’ll breakdown at some point. Only if it’s multiplatform can you be sure that you can play it 10 years from now. Especially great games like Skyrim (was), profit from a longevity longer than the duration of a console circle. This is also one…
Yeah, that’s really 1984.
That’s some really nasty SM play right there.
Next: Hunie Pop
Censorship is censorship no matter who does it. State or company. Nintendo can do what they want, but that doesn’t make it less censorship.
Technology wise it wouldn’t be hard to develop game with censored, alternative models/textures, feature restrictions for a younger audience. Such an app would make this a solid concept.
This is actually a great feature. It makes the switch the perfect console for 17 year old and below. I can’t fathom why Nintendo wouldn’t make this a part of their presentation. This is a killer app*!
Would be nice if they’d add some motion controls with the joy-cons, else it’s really meh.
It’s a unmodded version of a 5 year old game, what do you expect?!
I may get a Switch, but for that I hope it’ll get released on PC...
