Exactly, they have no/little art, and although text alone can be enough, art is what sets it apart from them. Breeding Season had it all, it was, like, the AAA game of hentai games.
This was an old comment, I matured since then. Now I’m ok with people knowing what I play (though I tent to just imply the game itself instead of mentioning it), and, yes, I never had a problem with people dating pigeons.
I think no attorney can help if you simple don’t have enough experience with game development. Neither do I, but I think giving over all rights, or at least a guaranteed license for your created content to the company seems quite reasonable.
