I have a really good argument about how Japan isn’t the worst in making hentai game ... but I really don’t want to describe or mention this game here. It’s that bad.

They simply never though that something like this could happen. That’s what makes experience so important.

Exactly, they have no/little art, and although text alone can be enough, art is what sets it apart from them. Breeding Season had it all, it was, like, the AAA game of hentai games.

This was an old comment, I matured since then. Now I’m ok with people knowing what I play (though I tent to just imply the game itself instead of mentioning it), and, yes, I never had a problem with people dating pigeons.

I think no attorney can help if you simple don’t have enough experience with game development. Neither do I, but I think giving over all rights, or at least a guaranteed license for your created content to the company seems quite reasonable.

Really? You know other good hentai games? This was the highest profile, and stable hentai game I know of. And that list includes Illusion games and such.

Yes and no.

If any of the current, self-made hentai games are an indication, you need neither development experience, nor artistic still to get attention and some money (people are really that depraved).

He could have taken his art with him, AND leave them a license to continue using his existing art for the project.
