I work in the transportation industry. There are plenty of people who actually want to drive truck. It can pay quite decently and allow for a lot of autonomy.

I dunno. I think it’d be interesting to drive all over the place and see new places. Obviously you can’t while working but surely you can take a break in whatever city you end up in and enjoy the sites.

The only reason for no one to want either of those jobs is that they pay poorly, which isn’t as applicable to truck driving.
