Exactly. Bottom line is McCoy should know better, no doubt about it. But nobody knows what really went on. If these cops were off duty and working a detail, maybe a different story. But they weren’t. For all I know they were thugs hiding behind a badge (not out of the question, right) I’m not condoning McCoy’s
