Depending upon how the camera is set up, he might not have seen her amongst the garbage. Besides, they pick up thousands of dumpsters without incident. I can’t blame them for missing this.

I agree. She must have been trying to get something out of the dumpster in order to fall in. The next question is how long did she try to get out before the truck came? Did she not have enough strength or sturdy base to climb up? Was she somehow confused?
WTF? Did they change it and my browser didn’t refresh? I checked five times to see it say 1973-1978! When people kept saying “1983" I wanted to check if I read it wrong!

Rob’s on vacation in Italy.
I’ve become a HUGE fan of 70's GT coupes this past few years! Put me down for a Porsche 928, Dino 308 Gt4, or one of the following cars whose bodies would probably disintegrate after a single midwestern winter: Lancia Fulvia coupe, Lancia 2000 HF coupe, Fiat Dino Coupe, Jaguar XJ-C. Okay forget those.
When did we jump this exercise to 4o years ago?
I’m not following your math. I thought the rules were ‘73-’78.
Having stared at a lot of patterns where I eventually start seeing what I wish to see, I’m not convinced that this is an airplane on the sonar. I’m not a sonar expert, though.
It probably doesn’t matter. Don’t the police wait at least 24 hours before responding to missing persons reports?
Would it have been more effective to get the license plate of the car? I know that one doesn’t think rationally in those situations, but I think she’s worse off than if she gathered this basic bit of information.
There were four wheels, I’m almost SURE of it! And windows,.... and plastic, LOTS of plastic!
I agree. It was.... white? Maybe gray. It was pretty bland, I think.
Although I also wonder why a local wouldn’t already know about the road collapse.
Anyone know what kind of car it was? I only see a single exhaust pipe, so it’s likely not a big candidate for joy riding.
You aren’t getting out of that without at least some nice cuts, bruises, and scrapes.
The past couple of times I bought from Subway, it was not fast, nor was the sub very full. I remember when you went to Subway to get a freakin’ salad between two slabs of bread with a respectable bit of meat in it.
We used-to keep 1/2 stick of butter on the table. It’s good for around 10 days before the flavor changes. Two weeks for mold to grow. Then again, it was butter from a local dairy, so it was pretty fresh.
It is a ‘meat slicer’, and fingers are made of meat.... There is a very good reason to spend as little time as possible inside the cutting area of a deli meat slicer!
Fashon is rarely practical. I’m seeing more and more cars with that feature, so someone thinks it’s the current trend.
