Insurance should be better with the V6 as well. Don’t want to forget that the cost of a car is more than purchase and maintenance.

This era of BMW is a “Bimmer”. Earlier models were “Beemers”. I’m not sure what they are after the 1990's.

This is not a Ferrari. Someone actually DROVE it (!!!), and they had  PASSENGERS (*GASP*)!!! Certainly the car has been used, but it doesn’t look bad for a late 80's auto. I’d want to see what’s under that paper carpet protector, and I’d get a good look at the underside, and check that all of the electronics are

It drifts! It will ‘baby’! It will....NOT fit in my garage. CP

Maybe there was only a shoulder on that one side of the road?

Your brain is thinking of “miss” as a verb. If “miss” is the verb, then “nearly-missed” becomes a hit. Because “near” is the adjective, the noun “miss” will remain as a miss. (Yes, modern English is full of this auditory and written weirdness, and I hate the inefficiency of it all.)

Reading comprehension: Audrey is a guy.

Guy was toast, anyway. You can’t hide in new suburbia. No trees, no bushes, and boring architecture. Maybe there was a play structure he could have hid in, but no visual cover to get there.

If it is not clear, and they are deliberately keeping you in the dark, it’s nothing to be embarrassed about. You did not fail in any way, as it was a contrived situation.

Did you just say “passengers in your Esprit”? As in “more than one”???

My former company would tell us, “We only hire the top 10% workers! Oh, and we’re going to mark 10% of you as under-performers every year as part of the performance review process.”

I believe “clean diesel” and “clean coal” are only marketing terms and wishful thinking. It’s just like the piece of chewing gum, which says, “a good source of vitamin C” on the package, when it doesn’t have any useful amounts. If it isn’t clean, it’s up to the governments to decide when it’s more hazardous than

Did I read that correctly, or did you just say this is the correct price, but you PREFER to buy one with fewer miles?

Why are you driving a Grand National, when you could be driving a Camry, where you wouldn’t need to get out to let your three friends get in? These dis-similar comparisons never get old.

I think you’re being harsh. That’s not excessive dirt, even for selling. Wet shoes in dry grass getting in from the car wash can do that. They actually drive the car, for goodness sake!

I agree. You only need one buyer, and 12% of the Jalops NP’d it. If one person reads the “This is going cheaper than other VW vans” comment, you’ve got a sale. Take the free marketing!

Can someone tell me what is being reflected in the side of this vehicle in most of the images? Are those shipping containers? Large dumpsters?

I think that’s the same color my brother’s 17 year old Jeep Liberty had, so Chrystler hasn’t updated their paint choices since this platform was designed.

You mentioned answering questions as you logged more miles on your GTI. I’d like to know your impressions after the past few years. How is the day-to-day comfort? Cost of ownership? Is the fun factor still there? Winter driving impressions?

Too bad most of those involved are probably already retired and spent the profits.
