When I start my car for the first time of the day, I wait 20-30 seconds until the rpms drop down a bit, then I figure the car thinks it’s warmed-up. It does take longer in the winter, but never more than a minute.

Research shows the brain typically matures in a person’s mid twenties, with its best decision-making capability after that. (Up to a point, exceptions will apply.) Not sure how that should affect the drinking limit, THC use, or living on your own.

Maybe I just want to park it and use it as my mobile office? 

There has to be a Viper available in this price range. I’d rather have that.
