It still amazes me how people getting paid so much still want more. Many CEOs are legally receiving crazy bonuses and perks.

It is still a good organization. Corruption can come from anywhere, and charities are not immune. I’m glad the embezzlement numbers are as low as they are.

I thought the whole “Trump Supporter” thing was out of place as well. We’re discussing bees here. Let’s stick with that for now. (Unless the bees are being interred at immigrant confinement facilities, which I don’t believe to be the case.)

I can’t help but wonder how many dozens of safety-engineered features are negated by this customization. Bumpers, airbags (angle sensors will be wrong), braking, steering, rollover, impact crumple zones, visibility, etc. I am on the side of banning them. Otherwise, you’re just mocking the safety industry.

Yes. Tried sanding the doors and putting the stickiest Kilz I could find. It lasted awhile, but still not holding.

We bought a Mazda5 on Dec 31 to get that year-end special pricing! That left us with the flexibility to sell both our 1999 Prius and 1999 Windstar minivan. Needless to say, I started posting them in February, and didn’t sell until April and May. Both cars were very clean (we don’t leave stuff all over our cars, or eat

That’s science! If you temper glass to make it less brittle, when it does break, all of that pressure needs to go somewhere. It IS always amazing to witness, though.

At one time, my dream, 2-car garage would have a BMW e28 M5 and a Porsche 964 RS (America or Euro version).

My home (1960) has oil-based paint on all of the main floor doors and moldings that are the same or one shade yellower than this car. There is white latex paint covering them, but latex doesn’t stick well to oil paint. One small bump will chip a dime or quarter-sized flake off of it. I really do need to have all of

It depends. Did you choose the red pill or the blue pill?

I’m guessing the lure of these is the image of a private, rich persons highway (low-way?).

it can’t reverse down a tunnel itself?

These aren’t Ferrari horsepower. The German ratings were accurate or under-estimated for the era.

You’d get more “dates” with this car than the K-car from yesterday.

If I was a rich collector, I might buy this to troll my buddies. Otherwise, I’ll pass. (As in, I’ll pass this while riding my skateboard. No K-car was ever fast.)

Would you trust someone who might have chosen those decals to tastefully remove them?

I doubt the wife had those put on there. Anyone choosing fake wood panels in the 80's would not be going with the giant TURBO decal look.

Wow! Just Wow! That’s a stupid thing to do for ANY reason! I CAN believe people wouldn’t even think to check the back seat windows before buying these cars. And no, your friend’s dad is not being a cheapskate, he just can’t afford to give up any horsepower from his malaise-era sedan and still safely accelerate.

My wife filmed our vehicle being towed away for a new transmission. Tow trucks are rare in our household, and it’s a memorable event.

I guess between the weight and possible variations in gearing might be the difference.
