Hey, I know you mean well and that you are upset about yet another murder of an innocent person by police but both you and recognitions seem heated. Perhaps it would be best to just metaphorically walk away from this?

I went to a pre-wedding party at Resurgence Brewing Company in Buffalo, NY. I don't think I'd ever had their beer but what I did try was pretty good.
Same here. That was a good FJ though, it really made me think.
Karate Guy and the Bin Laden song were gems!
I'm a black, female in my mid-20's and I like their humor. I saw Popstar a few weeks ago and thought it was hilarious.
I would absolutely advise you watch 10 Things as soon as Earthly possible, as it's both an awesome film and a perfect time capsule of 1990's suburban teen angst.
Ah, your situation reminds me of a particularly good month I had back in 2013 after a year-long dry spell, where I hooked up with 3 guys, all of whom were fabulous at going down.
So much this. I couldn't agree more. And I hope Beyonce continues what she's doing and gets more and more involved in the activist community. I know she and Jay-Z have covered legal expenses for people in the BLM movement fairly consistently. But money is just one way to help.
I'm pretty sure the poster Lana Kane identifies as a black woman, too. So that's 4 of us!
I definitely agree on your last point. To use a fairly crude metaphor, Beyonce is both suckling at the teet of the corporate overloads and then damning them in turn.
Yeah, ABC barely tried at all when that show was on the air. I think the episode order is still messed up on Hulu too, which makes no sense. I found this blog that indicates the correct view order so if you ever decide to try watching the show again, definitely check it out: http://mindy-tv.blogspot.fr…
Wow, I must be drunk. Did not connect those dots at all haha.
This has totally gone over my head. No idea what your referencing honestly haha.
Yep, from St. Kitts but I grew up in the U.S. though.
Of course, my home country would be known for something as silly as this. Never thought I'd see anything about St. Kitts on the AV Club…
She hasn't waited until now to say anything. Beyonce has very steadily been doing a lot to aid grassroots activism over the past few years, which is evident by doing a google search.
I don't see anyone here saying that its hold the same weight to get these messages from a pop singer versus other, more personal sources such as teachers or peers. The first point that was being argued was cigarette outright saying that grassroots activism comes from mentors, teachers, etc. and not pop singers.
When asked by Bowiebot how grassroots activism can be started, Cigarette literally replied this
So does that mean a pop culture can't spark the same interest in a young person…?
Let me preface this by saying that I don't really care about Beyonce. I don't listen to her music, attend her shows nor do I look to her for any sort of inspiration. But the simple fact is that this article is specifically about her and her performance at the BET awards. I just don't see how Bowiebot wanting to talk…
