One of my friends has the exact same issue. A jet engine is definitely an apt comparison. 

The same happened to me after doing a shell replacement, although it was 2-3 of those prongs snapped on just one side, so I was able to super glue them and keep them from disappearing.

Absolutely gorgeous.

I have never, never been a fan of the Microsoft Xbox line, but their backwards compatibility and especially their adaptive controller this gen impress the hell out of me. I would love to have the adaptive and accessories just to experiment with. 

Didn’t see this post originally (so so many are still pending approval) but you beat me to it. I use a usb c to USB adapter for my NS magic adapter and PS3 arcade stick.

Also, even it is cumbersome, couldn’t you use an Ethernet adapter in tabletop mode? A stand to open up the usb c port and a usb c to USB adapter. I use that setup for my NS magic adapter for my PS3 TE arcade stick. 

Just jumping in to defend the gyro controls. Portable mode still seems clumsy, but using a separated joycon pair after some tweaking performed like a dream for hours last night. I’ve been yelling at the CPU’s ability in the arcade to pull off sonic booms and flash kicks without charging since I was a kid in the 90s. 

I did the exact same thing at my favorite local bar more than once. Loved it. 💚👾💚

Mario was the most well rounded, so not necessarily the weakest. Luigi man here, myself. Biggest problem was timing the green guy’s floaty jumps to land on Birdo’s eggs.
