It is- for example I don’t think Hillary had security clearance during the Clinton Administration. This is already insane- she sits in during meetings with foreign heads of state and not in a first lady capacity.

I would argue that extends to this whole administration. It was just announced today that Tillerson is going to skip his first NATO meeting and visit Russia instead. Right at the start of a freaking hearing regarding Russian ties, where there are allegations that Trump’s campaign agreed to go soft on the Ukraine issue…
