I’m a white man who has benefited greatly from my privilege over the years (even if I haven’t always been aware of it) so I know my voice probably shouldn’t be the loudest on this issue, but my god even I’m sick of how many talentless white men have infested this industry I love.

That’s what it sounds like to me, to. Or “So long-a Bowser!” 

I always heard “so long King Bowser.”  I didn’t even know this was in question.  

“So long, eh Bowser.”?

I don’t think its a good thing that he “berates” his employees.

But so what? If their company culture is shitty, it’s shitty.

It’s not illegal to be an asshole.

Now if he was raping his employees and committing illegal acts, that would be a different story.

But this whole “my boss is mean! I’m going to tweet about it”…

I’m going to go out on a limb and say “both behaviors are just as bad” when criticizing calling out someone attempting to be a bully only ever really covers for the would-be bully.

It’s an enabling behavior masquerading as “be the bigger person.”
