I'm sure many of them did participate, but I'm guessing some (at least relatively) innocent Freys also got swept up in Arya's murdering. She probably wouldn't have had a good way to determine which ones were involved with the Red Wedding, though I suppose she could make some educated guesses.

There was quite the contrast between Arya's killing of an entire family and Jon's refusal to even take some land from a family that betrayed him. If they ever see each other again, they might not get along so well anymore.

I think it would be fun to tweet something like "My election was a false-flag operation as part of a liberal conspiracy to further the progressive agenda" from his account, and see how many of his tinfoil hat wearing supporters turn against him.
