This conflict on Wikipedia seems like a notable one, and even has news articles about it now. Let’s create a Warbenheimer page to discuss the Wikipedia community’s conflict over the Barbenheimer page.

Turns out Zeno was right, at least when it comes to AoT.

The Late Philip J. Fry doesn’t get enough love, probably because it’s in one of the later seasons. It has my favorite line: “That was the old Fry. He’s dead now.”

For a verification system to be meaningful, though, you have to be clear what exactly is being verified. If the question is something like “is that THE Nic Cage?” then the meaning of verification is pretty clear, and doesn’t really apply to people who aren’t public figures. If the question is instead “is that THE

Yeah, that part seems off base IMO. As someone who has had problems with anxiety, I’d never be angry at someone for saying they’re anxious. That’s a perfectly reasonable way to refer to how they might be feeling in a moment. It might not rise to the level of clinical significance, or be an ongoing problem, but it’s

It used to be that AV Club was somewhat better about avoiding spoilers in headlines. But spoilers get clicks, I guess.

It’d be interesting to show the ways that modern America would end up being similar if the Confederacy had won. Like, under international pressure, the South officially gives up slavery, but then just replaces it with a massive prison system and prison labor.

Lots of great analysis here, but the discourse around the show here is just bumming me out. Criticisms get hammered again and again and again (and again) but the positives, like the consistently strong performances, are barely mentioned. The review is very well considered and written, but due to the relentlessly

I would unironically love that. Especially if it was like old-school Mortal Kombat with his animations taken from videos of him actually doing the moves.

I wonder about how the atmosphere will turn out in the show overall. Playing The Real Folk Blues at the end of each episode suffused the whole series with a slightly melancholy vibe, and foreshadowed that there would be a downbeat (and final) ending to the series. I liked that aspect of it, and I wonder how they’ll

That use of the rake gag is perfect.

Maybe they aren’t building up a triangle, but laying the foundation for a Jamie/Roy/Keeley throuple. That’d be a glorious train wreck.

Danny DeVito as Mario would be great, but he was born to play Wario. I’m thinking Charlie as Mario, The Waitress as Peach, Mac as Luigi, Frank as Wario, Dennis as Waluigi, and Cricket as Bowser. Dee is, obviously, Birdo.

I, for one, welcome our new marsupial overlords.

My personal favorite is “We know each other! He’s a friend from work!”

I thought it was funny how bad the episode makes Peter Quill look. T’Challa is so much better at being Star Lord that he prevented the Infinity War from even happening. Meanwhile, in the original universe, Peter fucked up the best chance of stopping Thanos.

As another, more reasonable man, I can say definitively that you are wrong that “no man” would consider that rape. Some people having that fantasy doesn’t mean it’s okay to just do it without consent and a safe word.

I keep seeing recommendations for that; I’ll have to check it out.
