Likely more than that, but at least it’s already in Italy so he’ll save transport costs. If he bought before the recent run-up in values he’s still in the black.

one was destroyed.

Gotta love a hitman operation with at least nine people involved. And not only did it fail, but the plan itself was insanely dumb and needlessly complex

lately their leasing deals are lukewarm at best.

I don’t have hard evidence to back this up, but I think my Porsche (Cayenne, not real Porsche) entry & drive does change the temperature as per the key. Or it has a strange computer gremlin! 50/50

Yeah they had an entire ad campaign for the 3rd row. An X5 doing hot laps on a racetrack and when it pulled to the pits 7 people got out. Pretty effective commercial

despite being able to afford pretty much whatever I’d want if I wanted.

There’s gotta be a better word for the results of this study than “value.” This is just a list of cars whose resale falls off a dang cliff.

I’m so disappointed in myself for getting excited for this when it was shown as a concept. Of course it’s just some bullshit crossover. Of course it doesn’t come with BFG A/T KO2’s. Dammit. Now just show me the new production Bronco which’ll be an Escape with fender flares.

There’s an unwritten rule that I can’t star a comment sitting on 69 likes.

Nah Grigio Ingrid is tan.

It’s one of only a few cars with a zero death rate. It was a no-brainer to buy my wife one of these because it’s consistently one of the most reliable vehicles on the road. And because she couldn’t care less about an exciting drive. They have good resale value when it’s time to upgrade to a GX or, hopefully, an LX570.

Ferrari - on social media - is calling it a “series production car.” Which changes the game a bit. 1000HP for a LaFerrari replacement is expected, that power in a non-limited model is certifiably nuts.

What will you say in 2022 when the Ferrari Italian Alps- four door coupe SUV comes out?

You’re right. Aston’s designers showed great restraint by not putting bigger wheels on here. Proportions like a dang HotWheels car

Is Ferrari having money problems? This appears to share a platform with the “new” F8 which is indistinguishable from a 488, which is a side vent away from being a 458 of a decade ago.

Oh come on, this is pretty damn classy for a 2019 sports car. Aston is vulgar by comparison. The new Bentley Continental GT is the only competition.

Well-heeled boomers are getting too old to bend down into sedans. Two of my relatives in their 70’s just bought Macans, independently. After much thought it may be the perfect vehicle for them.

There are plenty of GT3RS’ and GT2’s available at MSRP. Though the least expensive 3RS on cars dot com is over $200k... it’s $200,905. There are routinely new Tourings available on Rennlist with “paltry” $10k markups.

My prediction: this will end up the same way as the 1939 Auto Union Type-D auction a decade ago (where does the time go?!). Lots of hubbub by the fluffers but the mystique faded as soon as the magnifying glasses turned toward its history. Audi ended up buying that one themselves. Porsche will probably do the same.
