Bone Music is one of those albums that I can listen to from start to finish without skipping a song. She also features on some great tracks like Myke Bogan’s “Sundress” (one of my fave summer jams) and the closing the bars on The Flavr Blue’s “Top Down”. Both are PNW, Oregon and Seattle, respectively, hip-hop artists.

If you want to listen to beef-less, excellent rap...I recommend Portland’s Last Artful Dodgr. It’s like Missy Elliot, Nina Simone and Macy Gray had a baby.
