You're much more likely to get the rotary hybrid in the next Miata.

I always thought the Consulier GTP was ahead of its time.

My handiest tool is my smartphone. I’m always taking pics when working on stuff, because 1) easy to see behind stuff or into tiny spaces (poor man’s boroscope), 2) snap a pic of part numbers so I can easily look up or order later, and 3) a snapshot of what it should look like when it all goes back together!

Here in flyover country, we don’t consider hybrids to be a “half-measure”. They are more like a necessary feature if you want a fuel-efficient vehicle. The BEVs just aren’t there yet, and probably won’t be for another decade (and that is only if battery technology sees vast improvements in the meantime). Therefore, it

Based on your attitude, it sounds like this Pilot just peed in your Wheaties.  My condolences.

I guess you missed those Honda dirt bikes, atvs and utvs. The design on the new Pilot is a nostalgic call-back to the original Pilot.

AND the delta between the TrailSport and the 4Runner TRD is not nearly as big as the delta between a 4Runner TRD and a Honda dirt bike. We can do this all day! 😀

The CRV AWD system is pretty bog standard among CUVs... nothing special there.

I would bet my paycheck that if the Pilot TrailSport and the Cavalier are both equipped as they came from the factory, and had drivers of equal offroading experience, that Honda will get significantly further down the trail than the Chevy, especially if it’s a slippery trail.

I have a '19 Ridgeline with the same transmission, and it's been great.  You're probably due for a 3x drain-n-fill on that trans.  It's easier than changing the oil.

It’s bigger, heavier and butch-er.

A friend of mine had one of these in college, with the 6.6. It was quick enough, especially with a few mods, but the thing felt like it was held together with baling wire. The dashboard sounded like it was going to fall into your lap with any slightly significant bump in the road. Rattles everywhere. Maybe the t-top

That’s what I thought, that most were made in the U.S. The article makes it sound like “a paltry 2/3rds” are made in the U.S.

Which Honda models (sold in the U.S.) are made overseas?

I got a 65" a couple months ago, and was going to put it in the second row of my Ridgeline. It was about two inches too long. Didn’t feel like unboxing it to make it fit, when I had a bed out back.

They will need to offer periscoped cameras to see over traffic in order for this to happen.   People don't want cars because they can't see around all of the big-ass SUVs and trucks on the road.

Except minivans have a smaller cross-section / frontal area than most SUVs. And they are lower to the ground. Air rushing under the vehicle is one of the biggest contributors to poor aero, so you want minimal ground clearance while still being practical.

I had an ‘84 Interstate... sweet bike! At 27y.o. when I bought it, I was much younger than the average Wing rider, and I rode the hell out of that bike, dragging pegs* in the corners, etc. With the low CoG, it was actually easier to ride slowly than most motorcycles. If you’ve ever seen those Gold Wing riders do their

I know a conventional piston engine can be tuned to be very efficient within a very narrow rpm range (but would suck to drive), but inwonder if one could do the same with a rotary.

My favorites are the NOAA wx app and the Windy wx app. Occasionally YoWindow for eye candy.
