Ignorance is bliss, hence the lack of wrinkles?

Wow, that was interesting. As a hetero female, am not the target demographic, and I feel like my eyeballs just ate too much candy. Somehow, dialing it up to 11 wasn't great. Good to know.

Did they every actually purchase the chateau, or are they still renting? Are these even "their" grapes? I can't work up enough enthusiasm to be a wine snob, I like pink wine this looks like it will do. The other kinds are nice, too.

Too old for Dawson's Creek, but I totally love this guy in "Don't Trust the B in Apt 23." That wink wink self awareness is hot. Moar VDB, please.

what is that piled on her head? who has time for that? ever?

Ugh, went through this on the recent fb rounds; I just got my 2 boys vaccinated, loony friend consoles "well, the negative outcomes are all in girls, so you're probably safe." Hopefully, since they certainly won't be having sex with her daughters....

Yes, that was my takeaway. I want her makeup artist. Also I like the song.

Hubs and I are bland white folk, but I have high hopes that raising our kids where they're in the minority will get them to enrich our gene pool.

The cultural conservatives are going to die sooner rather than later. That will put them out of our misery. As a whitey white person, this can not come soon enough for me. I want to live long enough to see a lot more mixing, and a lot of acceptance swirling around it.

sorry, this looks like a fancy abattoir.

I'm with you. Dying is not necessarily the worst thing that can happen....

This. Everyone should have the annoying lip gloss experience once. I adore driving with the windows down and the sunroof open, but only when I have short hair. I am currently sporting a shag that I cut specifically so zero hair reaches my lips.

I love the look of long gray/silver/salt&pepper, but I get so tired of dealing with it. I think the deal is that older ladies are just over the fuss (getting there...). I think it also thins out a fair amount as some women age, which makes long not as great an option as you'd hope.

This is cute, I like this trend.

Oh, good. Another study that points out all the things we're doing wrong as parents. I, for one, can't get enough of that. I'll get right on perfecting a Look, after my PTA, PTSA, and district foundation volunteer time. Maybe while I'm not yelling at them to do their homework already and making dinner. Thanks

You might be particularly gifted in the composure department (congrats), or, you might not have been subjected to small people who you would die for getting on your last nerve in a way that only people who live with you can do. Time will tell.

No, its not impossible. Its just so much harder than it has to be. Mine were 18 months apart, are in HS now, and it still difficult in many ways. Just different ways from when they were babies and I was physically exhausted—now its mentally(!).

DO NOT have children if you don't live near family you can rely on for help when you're covered in baby puke and too exhausted to bathe. You might think your friends are that close, but you might be wrong and then you're stuck with disappointing friends and no help.

I do love sous vide (been doing it in a beer cooler for ages now), so I look forward to seeing how this thing works out when its available.

I worked at an elementary school for a while, and my anecdotal observation is that the majority of "budding" females were not particularly overweight, some were even quite slender. In kids, there is a wide range of what is normal weight, since they tend to grow "out" just prior to an "up" spurt and that shift is
