I never had any interest in Jaguar XKs until I saw how cheap the XKRs are now.

I’ve had 70" and 75" in TVs in tiny and small living rooms and they were never offensive or in the way.

I had a frustrating refund experience with BikeBandit last July. They took my money for an older jacket that shouldn’t have been listed for sale because it was clearly out of stock, but labeled as closeout.

Bold of you to assume her name is Savannah, and not Savana (YouTube subtitles are notoriously bad).

In 2003, U-Haul messed up my reservation for a 20ft truck. They knew how to take the reservation, but not hold the reservation. Instead of the 20ft truck I reserved, I got a free “upgrade” to a 26 ft truck. From the 80s. With a manual. It was the only truck over 10ft available within 30 miles so I took it. The manual

I second all those sentiments! I’ve always been fascinated by Smarts. before the current used car apocalypse, Smart cars and Range Rovers were easy to find for relatively cheap on the Greg’s List. I really wanted to get one or the other as a 3rd car, but never found the right one.

Only the 2 series sedans share a platform with the Mini. The 2 series coupes are still right wheel drive.

When its -30F and you have a 20 lb backpack, walking a mile to school can be a real shit way to start the day. Hoping someone can pick you up or drive you in a MN Winter storm is a poor plan too.

I’d rather pay more for a manual than be punished for it. Most of the few remaining manual options these days are only for the base motor or models with no options.

I used 2 different lithium batteries in my 2000 Triumph Sprint. I loved how small and light they were, but I switched back to AGM a few years due to cost. I found a really solid AGM battery that costs under $50 and its lasted several seasons of abuse and extreme weather conditions.

This is the first time I support with the shitslideshow format. Too many of these answers are so bad that they deserve to be stuck in a slideshow hell that most people can’t be arsed to click on.

I’m not suggesting anyone commit property damage, but I’d love to see someone call out the errors and “grade” the message on that truck.

Giulia trim levels aren’t doing them any favors either. The base Giulia isn’t bad, but gap between the base and the Quadrifoglio is huge, and was easily filled by the mid trim levels of BMW, Audi, and Mercedes.

I leased an Infiniti in 2014. In 2017, the return process was ridiculously simple back in then.

They put that on at the factory.

I like Edd as well.  But I have no problem watching Ant work, and I enjoyed the US based seasons.

So they’re repurposing a ship that would otherwise be dismantled in an environmentally friendly manner, and your take is it’s bad, just because it’s for a billionaire?

For “regular cars” that don’t need performance brakes, pads and rotors can be replaced quickly and cheaply.

I bought my BMW used, and it happened to have a HUD.  Didn’t think I’d care, but I’ve grown to love it.
