If you’re not learning, you’re dying. I want to broaden my horizons and discover rather than live in paranoia and fear of anything I don’t already know or understand (or think I understand). Life is just too short to close one’s mind to new opportunities and experiences, even if they may be uncomfortable at first.

How do you learn anything new from that?

You know what America I don’t want to live in? I don’t want to live in America where I am surrounded only by white people, as this administration seems to want, and I say this as a white person. It would be like an echo chamber, but I want to hear different voices. Ever try having a discussion with someone that agrees

I’m a Dudeist priest myself. And yes, I do abide.

What if he had wanted to throw babies off the Washington Monument? Would we have a dump truck full of ‘em on the Mall by tomorrow morning?

That sounds like a lot of the unspeakable mods that my grandfather used to do to OG Mustangs back in the ‘70s. Red and black checkerboard vinyl roof anyone? I remember one so hideous that I spotted it in the parking lot at the airport before my plane had even landed...

😬🤑🤢

The things is, if they tried to give him the Heimlich Maneuver they would have a hard time finding someone with arms long enough to reach around his “239 pound” body...

Better call Cummfy Banana...

Emmo? I don’t know what that means. I’m old, so the only thing that means to me is:

1) It’s not exactly great on fuel - EPA ratings are 21/28. I can get 30 on long drives, but most of my driving is in town (2.3 mile commute to work). I do love to hear that MZR rev and zip it up to redline when I’m tossing it around, so my mileage is closer to 18 or 19 MPG on an average tank.

I bought a 2012, the first year of the redesigned model. I would have liked to have some of the standard features that they added for the 2013 model, but I decided to buy the dealer’s loss-leader as the 2013s were coming out because I got it for about 20% off MSRP.

Neutral: I love my Mazda, I really do. But one of the things I love about it most is that it’s not a luxury car or brand. Over the decades I’ve driven numerous BMWs, a Porsche and a Mercedes, and frankly, I was getting tired of the luxury world. What I wanted was something simple, reliable, affordable and fun to

Oh, so you've ridden public transport in Los Angeles? You sure people get arrested for that? Not from what I could smell...

Find me another fun to drive, manual transmission minivan and I’ll consider a new car. Otherwise I’m perfectly content with what I have.

Another ethics scandal in the Trump administration?

Neutral: Did I check where my car was made? Not really. I wanted a minivan with a manual transmission so I had a choice of exactly one vehicle. It’s my first every Japanese car, and now I understand this ‘reliability’ thing everyone’s been talking about for years. The only slack I’ve gotten is some people telling me

Relatively economical, tons of room despite the small size, reliable, fun to drive, quite affordable, and, if you’re so inclined, available with a manual transmission.

An E21 was my first BMW. I loved that little thing, and would consider another, although this time with an I6.
