Some suggestions:

Manapul on Trinity is going to be outstanding! His style, sense of motion, and creative paneling have been top of the line since The Flash.

I want a New Genesis/Apokolips film! I know it will never happen, but I love the 4th World stuff.

Give me Barda, Orion, Mr. Miracle, and give me Shoreh Aghdashloo as Granny Goodness!

Watching him try to express emotions reminds me of this unsettling video from some random acting school

Looks like a Kryptonian memory thing, with the way it filters in and out. I hope that’s not Darkseid though...

The Mother Box in the Cyborg segment was interesting. I’m glad it was there, but it looked like a Transformers macguffin. I didn’t like the Krypton designs, so I’m hoping we get a little more life in the New Gods-based stuff.

There is a threat of diminishing returns if they can’t shake the automatically negative reaction from critics and viewers though. They got VERY lucky that Wonder Woman came out flawless from this, and will have audiences excited for her film, but Suicide Squad now has an even bigger bullseye on its back.

There’s so many pieces of this movie that are evidence that someone, perhaps more than one, involved knew where this had gone wrong, but it was too late or too far gone to redeem. It makes it even more fun to analyze and dive into.

The holistic character we’ll see in her movie, he probably does not. The side of the character portrayed in this film, I think he does, because it’s his favorite type of character.

It is time to let Affleck/Terrio take the reins. Even though I think Snyder capture the ripped-from-the-page action better than almost anyone, he can only do that when he’s “on.” He wasn’t “on” for this movie, and so the action was too sloppy to justify the convolution of the rest of the thing.

True. I was trying to be fair, because Snyder gets a lot of rightful shit thrown at him for having zero subtlety, and if I genuinely glossed over an instance of it because of my preconceived notions, then that’s on me.

Yeah, and I think the people who are dismissing it and asking for spoiler bullets so they don’t “have to” see it are doing themselves a disservice.

The Martha connection was somehow the most clever and “how have I never made that connection” thing they did with the characters while simultaneously being eye-rolling. It was probably because they felt the need to show us the name in the mausoleum for the 15th time immediately after Supes said her name.

The pacing is poor. The BvS fight should have taken place earlier in the movie, and then had Bruce/Clark/Lois pursuing Lex leading into the finale.
