You know you can turn off everyone's mic very simply right? Press and hold select in game (or back if Xbox) and then scroll down the menu to Voice and set it to "Friends & Crew" or just "Friends". That way, you won't hear anyone else's annoying ass voice while you are trying to enjoy yourself.
