You’re not wrong in that regard but you’re moving goalposts. Just because the system *should* be better to make DMCA unnecessary doesn’t mean that DMCA doesn’t currently have some good uses, which is what people have provided to you per your request.

DMCA basically allows services like YouTube to exist in the first place.
