Relocating them? Absolutely stupid. I hope they are actually killing them in secret. The pigeon population needs to be controlled and relocating them is probably not going to do too much to help that unless there are a lot of natural predators for the pigeon in the new area. Sports Night! That was so long ago but I do remember it and it was pretty excellent. It's been a while since there's been a good loosely sports based tv series. At least now we have The League which I hope lasts forever. Great show.
