My relationship with Nintendo tends to lean more on the hate than love side because let’s face it—the DS and 3DS had more online features for free than the Switch ever has and probably ever will have—but it’s hard to hate them when I think back to what got me into gaming.

I like Apex Legends. I’ve played it for maybe 5 hours so far...but I like games like Firewatch and Tacoma more. If it’s a beautiful Saturday like today and I have some free time, I enjoy finishing a game in one sitting—not feeling like a have to put in X amount of hours to improve.
