I don’t believe that only law enforcement officers can get understand what we go through, my point is, although I don’t do enough to satisfy your unrealistically utopian ideals of what needs to be done to fix the situation, I currently do more to change things than whine about it on the internet.

I don’t disagree that there are far too many bad apples in law enforcement. It may be the majority, bit at the very least there’s a majority that don’t do enough to stop the bad apples.
