So, in short, nothing's changed in regard to their stance on DLC since before The Witcher 2 was released. :D
DLC = Free
Expansion = maybe pay for it (not that they've ever released an "expansion")

The amount of content in the Enhanced Editions for both Witcher games would probably qualify as "expansions" for other

Steam says I have over 200 hours on it. I still haven't finished it. Probably spent a good chunk of time looking for mods, too. I got it on launch (I remember 'cause I have a Skyrim mug, in front of me, that came w/ the local pre-order lol)

It's a pretty game (with or without mods), but, as others have noted, it's

- currently my favourite slap :D

Yeah. I didn't care that the formations were "perfect". I was just glad to actually see formations and more "scale". :D
It could do w/ more improvement, sure, but I'd rather have "copy-pasted" units and "perfect formations", over not being able to see the scale of a battle (as was the case w/ the earlier seasons).

it should probably still be able to run it.
The Witcher 2 scaled decently, if memory serves. With dropped settings, I had a decent enough time when I was still using a Pentium 4 3GHz, w/ 3GB DDR2, 8800GT 512MB, on WinXP 32 ( I think it improved slightly when I switched out the 8800GT, 'cause it died, for a cheap,

:D

I think it looks pretty cool, considering its specs. Compared to how much space my Coolermaster HAF-X case takes up...yeah, the Mac Pro looks great in comparison.

It looks better after all that C4, tho' :D

Why? What's wrong w/ isometric view? Some of the best games were/are in isometric view (the Baldur's Gate series, the earlier Fallout games, the original Syndicate, old and new XCOM, etc.).

I get that not everyone like the art style (sometimes I play an isometric view game and I say to myself: man...I wish I could pan

pretty MG 42 :D

Named my FemShep "Aeryn". I just wish she had the voice to match. :P

Nope. I feel the same way. I was really interested 'cause of the cyberpunk-ish themes. I was hoping that it'd be more "subtle" and low key, compared to other action titles. This trailer? Nope.
Then again, I was never really a fan of the GTA stuff.
That said, it could just be marketing/hype building as usual, and the

Yeah. I'm also a "Star Citizen" backer and, when I first saw it, I was immediately interested in "Enemy Starfighter" (maybe 'cause I'm also a fan of the Homeworld stuff).

Big budgets don't necessarily mean a great game. I'm hopeful/optimistic for Star Citizen, but one has to be wary of the potential for problems w/

I thought I saw a walking tank in the trailer :D

Hehehe. I do like his commentary/commentating, tho', for SC2, recently. I think the one I saw/listened to was one of Totalbiscuit's tournaments where he was co-casting. He seems pretty good in terms of analysis, even if he lacks the "presence" of TB or Huskystarcraft or some of the other, regular casters.

Or set it later than the start or height of the shogunate period. Like the Boshin War (which, in Total War Shogun 2 terms is, I think, the Fall of the Samurai period). You'd have a fair amount of Europeans handily available in the Japanese region, plus there'd be multiple factions fighting (but mainly the Imperial

I've read most of the books "years ago" (got into them 'cause of the AGoT CCG from FFG), 'cept for Feast and Dance (the former I skipped PoVs, the latter I haven't bothered to get, yet), and I still got "spoiled" over what happened recently.

I guess I was assuming that what happened would happen on a later date.

Cain and Jurgen? (dunno who the techpriest would be)
