Holy smokes, there is not a single fan in those seats.  In Europe, is it typical for fans to leave the stadium before the game it out? I feel like in the US, even butt teams have fans that stick around until it’s over. Also, a baseball game is legitimately twice as long.  Is this bonkers?

What are the chances that these studies actually exist?  I mean, it doesn’t seem like there could be any proprietary data in those parameters, so if it supports your theory Jerry, let’s see the studies!

Didn’t think that I would have to list the people hurt by Larry Nassar’s public court appearances, but here we go:

I agree that he hasn’t proven himself against LHP, but the sample size is still a little small to draw big conclusions yet.  Another few hits drop in his favor and he’s .250.

It definitely hurts to try.  It hurts many parties.

I understand due process to the extent that a non-lawyer can, but after two appeals, should this case continue to eat up taxpayer money? Even if he has a private attorney, there are still court resources being used, and this bozo does not does not stand any chance of winning an appeal.

I agree with all of those being called, and agree that they likely would have been called last year as well.  I’ve yet to see a hit called under this rule that would not have been called before anyway.  Am I nuts?
