Look, guys, I understand being upset, but can we look at this rationally, with logic instead of emotion?

I’m also surprised by this article. I thought that was common knowledge for Star Wars fans.

Wow, I thought everyone, except non Star Wars fans (7 people world wide), already knew this. It breaks my heart that the ILM people didn’t know. When I was 6 in 1977 I think I might have assumed it was the equator, but by the time I was in my teens and we had a VHS copy, I knew it wasn’t there.

At the very least there might be lines of miscommunication or the left hand not knowing what the right hand was doing. But that’s about as far as it goes.

No one has to be lying here.

Or that there was simply miscommunication between the two people in question. It’s a big production crew, I’m sure two people had different takes and didn’t share them with each other.

I was bothered by the humiliation more than I was bothered by the violence.

Zombie apocolypse never happened, it was the Women’s march.

Not at all. Simply of the opinion that there’s a middle ground here where no one is necessarily lying. But if you have an argument as to why one standpoint can’t exist with the other, then I’m all ears.

Not sure why these two standpoints have to be seen as mutually exclusive. On one hand, they heard some feedback and may have made some adjustments. On the other hand, they’re acknowledging that the scene in question was above and beyond the norm for the show, and that it was never intended as a baseline. I don’t feel

Only problem I had was not showing the victim in the season finale. The actual scene I didn’t have a problem with. Who watches a zombie show/flick with an expectation to NOT see gore? Perhaps they should stick to watching iZombie instead, which is a great if much more tamer series.

Remember The Three Stooges? Now there was some intelligent entertainment.

Set up an email server to conduct your shady business. That’s not illegal and not worse then deleting a tweet. Come on people Trump is the president whether you like it or not so stand behind him and come together. Most of the country (besides California and New York) wanted trump. He represents the majority of the

What nonsense. “The problem is that he very likely isn’t allowed to do that anymore” is absolutely false. This is a private account. He’s still a person, and a citizen. He has the same right to delete his own tweet as anyone else. Even in the unlikely event that the Court found that any public records statute covers

Eh, I watched the original when it was on TV and it was okay, but I wasn’t super sad when it was cancelled.

I’d love to see them do armor that isn’t the ridiculous crap they had for the tv show. But her clothes could stay on?? I’m cool with that.

Seems like it would be hard to do Witchblade justice on network television when a big part of the appeal is the way it shreds her clothing on a regular basis. It is like trying to adapt Vampirella for network television.

Stick to Ars, and to a lesser extent (now), Engadget. They still stick to actual gadgets.

I thought this was a gadget blog? Can you stop making political posts? If I wanted to read liberal opinions I would go to CNN. If I wanted trashy liberal articles I would go to Huffington Post. I came here to see what’s new with electronics and gadgets.
