"Watch it or don’t—the choice is up to you."

For all the talk of Simpsons vs. Family Guy, and how much Family Guy ripped off the Simpsons, I think tonight's episode (but not just this episode) is emblematic of an influence feedback loop.

Daily Show too.

The cool kids are allowed to like stuff, it's just stuff you've never heard by bands of which you've never heard, played by musicians of dubious ability.

It's all in everybody's mouth. I don't really enjoy any of the Beam products because something in them and in my mouth don't get along. They all taste too peppery to me. But a friend of mine loves them.

Well you can never have too many Popes! He'd be #3!

You know what's entertaining?

I don't know that it's marriage that kills friendships, or at least with the same virulence, as it is when somebody reproduces and you haven't/never will.

Way late to the party here, but I wonder how the AVC staffers and Commentariat feel about the "stunt casting" when Armisen or Wiig return.

"She had a very large role in Demolition Man, but at least as I remember it, basically nothing happened with her career after it, at least not in a public way."

Upvoted for the True Lies portion.

Coke and a smile!

"pretty close to being a complete unknown before Speed. She’d had big roles in Demolition Man"

I'm embarrassed that it took me about eight hours to get this.

That's Colonel Mustard to you pal!

Yeah, this is unnecessary.

Well yeah. I'm trying to be respectful of other's fondness for vodka, but in the end I just can't find the appeal.

"I love four roses, although they just cut off shipments to Canada"

Your friend is correct about Bulleit…for now. They have been sourced whiskey for years, but they broke ground on their own facilities in 2014 I think, so in a few years, the juice they release will be made by them.
