Very true.

Indeed.

That would make sense.

Well…there are certainly times when Snoopy is a stone-cold dick to Chuck. I'm thinking of the finale to "It's The Easter Beagle" when Snoopy has handed out all the eggs he boosted from Lucy and has none left for Chuck. I'm sure there are others.

Well buy a guy a drink first!

So the second letter…does it feel like it was started in the middle? Where was the set-up?

The anthropomorphized aspects of Snoopy are entertaining, but I always found his "fantasy life" to be just that, fantastical.

Ok, so this is Mr. Raymer's gimmick account, right?

Yeah…I can't tell if you're being serious or not.

I think it is man!

You know, back in the mid-aughts, before I had good cable, I'd get home from gigs and take a shower and relax on the couch. At 3am, there's not much on TV, so those Time-Life ads were most appreciated.

"he grates much more than he shreds."

I think I'm one of those clowns.

Funny…I think of that movie and the first things that come to mind are the Scorpions song over the end credits and that the race footage was shot at Road Atlanta.

Hey! We're talking about that in a different thread!

I'm swearing off his writing. I can accept that people can have different opinions, and I'm not just looking for validation of my own perspective.

I think we talked about this recently in a previous Stones piece. Oh yeah, that Raymer guy claiming The Stones created southern rock…

"he couldn't even play harmonica because his mouth would start bleeding."

I was in charge of a university Mac store when the iMacs were released, and I'm pretty sure I had that comic taped to the door to my office.

I'm also reminded of the shitstorm put forth by the Wintel folks when the first iMacs appeared and … Gasp! … They had no floppy drives!!!
