Nah, the episodes that aired with the original Adult Swim run weren't the last ones. Those ones are all stone cold classics. The final run was in the third year. The commercials were horrible though. The ratings were so low that every week had the exact same commercials in the exact same slot. My friends and I had them all memorized after the first two months. It was hell.
