Anna do you think the survivors of this gun attack are more or less villainous that survivors of the Aurora shootings, Newtown, or the Holocaust?

Seriously. My best friend was valedictorian. He was also on the swim team, ran track/cross-country, was president of NHS, and involved with several other clubs. He still had time to do "fun" stuff. I was third in my class, co-captain of dance team, co-editor of yearbook, president of Interact, secretary of NHS, and…
I realized about halfway through watching the show that you're not supposed to like Michael either. Part of the joke is that you go for a while thinking the main character is the sympathetic one and he's better than the rest of them and then you realize he's just as awful as they are. The only truly "good" character…
You do know that the show is trying to point out how unlikable these characters are, right? They are not meant to be sympathetic, we're laughing AT them.
It's actually a combination of both. Mortality depresses age (and avg. life expectancy), and higher fertility means that there are more children.
Talk to an MRA about it some time. They'll tell you all about how men are biologically wired to want to sleep with barely pubescent girls and how statutory rape laws are just further proof that western society hates men.
Yeah... considering what Fox did to it as it was airing, it's not like the fanbase had anywhere to go but up.
Well, the only cult series Netflix itself will revive. Networks are already sniffing around reviving shows like "Xena" and while being a marketable property has a lot to do with that, I've little doubt the Netflix streaming numbers help.
How on earth did octomom not make the list? And I disagree with the Olson twins; they were huge child stars and have worked hard to reinvent themselves as they've gotten older. The only surprise is how well they've managed to function, especially considering how cruel the tabloids used to be about them. I really think…
If you call it X-Women, you are creating a spin-off, like X-Force, X-Static, Generation X, X-Factor, etc.
yup yup here come all the menz to explain to us that the fact that Superman has gigantic humanly-untainable muscles (and is completely covered in spandex) is TOTALLY the same as the female superhero wearing a thong, with her boobs falling out, twisted impossibly so the viewer can oogle both her boobs and her butt…
Is there something innately wrong with complaining about the fame of people that the Gawker news media constantly updates us about?
this has been reposted to kotaku, so get ready.
I love that one of the commenters writes "entertainers who are right of center have to be silent or risk blacklisting by the leftist fascist community." So blacklisting is okay when some rightwing blogger tells you to do it, but fascist when done by liberals.
Look, it's obvious that they're trying to say that, y'know, they're Skynyrd fans!
Ha, in the original article, the "offending" Sheryl Crow quote is actually really reasonable and something I'd think most (non-Tea Party) conservatives would agree with.
Nah, the depth of my hometown pride is the fact there aren't piles of garbage bags on every corner on hot summer days, you can ask someone on the street directions without getting told to fuck off, our gridlock at least ends at certain points each day, you can live in an apartment larger than a breadbox without…
Sheesh, as if deep dish was the only style of Chicago pizza.
Not Uno's...Pequod's!
The word you're looking for is lasagna.
