I would think playing any game for 25 minutes would reduce anxiety.

I just can't bring myself to watch this show because I liked La Femme Nikita so much. Peta Wilson is the only Nikita for me.

Yes! I think it was XandO, and it was purchased by Cosi. It was good for going out with friends who don't drink. Also, I felt ok going there by myself with a book, which I would never do at a bar.

I definitely can't eat that much. I'm a petite woman and I only weigh 103 lbs. I always feel like I need to scale down these food recommendations.

Your problem is that your calls are entertaining them. They're probably the most interesting calls they make all day. I would keep calling you just to see what story you come up with next.

Or just sleep later, which is what I plan on doing. There's nowhere I need to be on Sunday anyway.

Me too. I did very well in school, but it's all been downhill since.

I heard that you're supposed to fix them before their first heat also. Maybe they changed it?

Growing up in the 70's, my stay-at-home mom sent me outside to play while she smoked and watched soap operas on tv. That was her parenting "style." Back then, there was no such thing as play dates, taking cupcakes to school, volunteering at school in any way, taking your kid to a million activities, and god knows what

Same. The verbal abuse and berating had a worse effect on me than the spankings. Which were with a leather belt on my bare skin, so they were bad too. For the record, I did not turn out okay.

I NEED that T-shirt.

One thing I do to make myself feel better about being alone on a Friday night is to go to the gym and see all the other people who are alone at the gym on a Friday night. I'm always surprised at how many there are, and then I don't feel so bad.

Not to mention her 30+ years of fabulous wealth and fame that have insulated her from the real world. How can we really expect her to be in touch?

I went to college in the eighties, when there wasn't much in the way of popular gay culture. Most people didn't even know that the Village People and Freddy Mercury were gay at that point. At college, I found a wonderful group of friends, male and female, who had all been outcasts in high school. Freshman year, no one

If I were wealthy, I would SO get that tent! It looks awesome. I would pitch it on my vast estate and use it as a nap spot, perhaps putting a fainting couch inside.

I agree. I found his book an enjoyable read, and I don't care if it was fabricated.

Now that I'm almost 50 and still single, I would too, if I could afford it. Unforch, I'm both alone and without disposable income, so I'm SOL.

There's already one bar in Chicago that I know of that lets you bring your dog in, as long as it's on a leash. For anyone interested, it's the Four Treys in Roscoe Village.

I had to turn this show off after ten minutes, and I watch plenty of trash TV. These people aren't even worth hate watching.
