No. You gotta do it yourself.
No. You gotta do it yourself.
Why does it fill that need better than a Colorado/Tacoma/Ranger/Frontier? The only thing it does better is drive more car-like, yet has some decent drawbacks in capability and cost compared to everyone else. Driving something more car like makes it more needed or better suited for everyone, even if it isn’t any…
Have you seen the size of modern child seats? I am having my first kid and currently have a 4 door Tacoma. My wife is going to be pretty cramped sitting in front of the rearward facing child in back seat since it doesn’t fit behind the drivers seat with me in it.
I am assuming the width for the 2011 doesn’t include side view mirrors while the 2020 does. The new Ranger is a lot bigger, width included, but it isn’t that much wider. Or am I wrong?
It’s way easier to add cargo space (trailer) than it is to add people space.
Fumoto valve seems like the better solution, but I guess this would be nice for the first oil change when I need to toss the old plug and install the fumoto.
I feel like reliability and cost are why they continue.
I mean, he is wrong when it comes to EPA ratings, but does have a point when it comes to real life. I own a Tacoma and never get close to EPA fuel economy over nearly 50k miles. I’ve spent significant time (1000+ miles each) in a new Ram 1500 with 5.7L, new Sierra w/ 5.3L, and new F150 with the 3.5L EB. The two V8s…
The access cab Tacomas are the exact same length and wheelbase as the double cab short beds. It’s been a long time since Toyota would sell you a Tacoma with a shorter wheelbase, it was the single cab short bed and sold like relative garbage and was discontinued in like 2014 or something like that.
TI bridge now accepts EZPass finally. I’m not sure why it took them so long, because yeah, it is incredibly dumb for them not to have.
Can you give me an example of a aluminum bodied car with global sales even 50% of what the F series does in the US alone in a given year? If I had to guess, I think the Model 3 (365k in 2020 globally vs 787k F series in the US that year) is the closest you will get, and it came out after the aluminum. It’s gotta be a…
I think most people really don’t appreciate the safety basics: Seatbelts, air bags, crash structures, and skilled & attentive driving.
So you get a bill in the mail then. IIRC, you might get a bill from each toll authority instead of one central place, which is kind of a pain, but it’s not that big of a deal.
Most commenters are broke cheap asses and vote entirely on if they themselves would pay that, not if it is actually fairly priced in relation to market value.
In the winter, somewhere around a 1/2 tank. In the summer, somewhere around a 1/4 to a 1/8th.
Texas is easy. TXtag, and maybe EZTag too, works for the entire state if I remember correctly.
Drop top version?
You’re welcome.
I always laugh at these tax carve outs or reduced registration fees or whatever perk many states give for heavy vehicles over a certain weight. It’s so incredibly dumb. While I’m sure they were originally intended for things like contractors, farmers, or small businesses that actually need bigger vehicles, I’d wager…
