Part of it should involve actually allocating resources to the neighborhood. Far too often the city in question will slack off on basic services like garbage pickup and road repairs only to start taking such things seriously when gentrifiers move in while ignoring the original residents demands for the services…

These dumb ass cops are putting this out because they think it clears them. They clearly don't have any clue as to what the right thing to do; they always escalate to violence because they are nothing more than bullies who can no longer go to high school. 

If the attitude of those cops were actually service oriented there would be a lot fewer of them.

If the land is already owned (and presumably maintained) by blacks, then I’d say a better means for keeping it that way would be through controlling property tax escalation.

Gentrification truly isn’t something that can be stopped by solely ownership by blacks in the cities. The land has a cost, and to purchase it requires money. It is time for some Presidential candidate to start coming up with an idea of a task force whose sole purpose is to police our current law enforcement. And this task force works off commission.

Shit, when I was Army, I was already setting up the service line for breakfast at 5am. And that’s after two hours of cooking. Then, we didn’t finish cleaning up dinner until nearly 10pm.

Since the Schools start at 8 AM, we’ve been getting up at 6:30 AM at the latest.
