Well predicted, DaughterofUhtred!
But there's still some part of me that says that however altruistic Gorp Guy's motives are then AgriCorp could always sell the GMO wheat to countries where famine is a risk, but refuse (or are not going to get permission) to sell it to Russia. They are in the business of making money,

This seems to be a right royal mess at the moment.
Too many storylines with little or no connection lead to frustration in my case, and although I expect the writers to eventually join them together then this feels like an exercise in what you'd maybe call writer's cock block to me.
I loved the first two seasons but

His father identified him, for heaven's sake. He recognised his own son from the photo. What part of that don't you understand?

He's not a liar. He's a very talented guy.

I was fine with everything that happened in this episode apart from two things:

Was just about to post on this very topic.
During the president's live speech would have made this show twice as interesting, but sadly they survive to live another tortuously boring day.

Yeah, I'd worked that out and now my options are cleaned up.
I just didn't explain that very well above, did I.
Thanks again!

Found it!
I'm always a bit reticent to press "report problem", but that will remove a program from my viewed list within 24 hours, so Netflix says. :)
Thanks, Occono!

Thanks mate.
Apparently that option isn't available where I live in Europe. :(

I get "because you liked" XXX then we suggest YYY.
FFS I rated it as one out of five, so get a clue and don't recommend me more stuff like it which is equally as shit.

How can you do that, Powerthirteen?

Because you liked "Vikings" we suggest "Gabriel Iglesias: I'm sorry for what I said when I was hungry". Seriously?
That's pretty much a match in terms of containing almost no humour at all.

I had to go to IMDb to check, but yes, Dollar Bill is Pastor Tim.

It seems like Emily may be slowly coming around to the glaringly obvious fact that her liberal sensibilities just can't tolerate a series set in a time in history where misogyny, poverty and exploitation were the norm.
The reviews and comments in The Guardian are excellent fun simply because the reviewer there accepts

And if you look at the political system in the UK now, then not much has changed. :(

This was in my top five series from last year (when I watched it).
The other four being:
The Missing
Mr. Robot.
The Man in the High Castle.
Black Mirror
So if you like them then you'll probably like this.

I do admire your attempts to try and retain your enthusiasm for this show, Zack, but lord almighty it's getting so bad that its crossed the line from credulity into absurdity.
It's meant to be a contemporary drama but the use of modern technology is laughable.
If there was a thread along the lines of "100 things I

I can't rustle up any enthusiasm for another season because although this was mildly entertaining, then the laughs were thin on the ground for something that purported to be a comedy.
Social commentary with a smidgeon of humour is still social commentary, and if this wants to succeed then the ratio between the two

This is a complete and utter mess.
Too many characters doing stupid things for reasons that haven't been hinted at yet isn't my idea of a well constructed comedy/drama.
As a massive fan of Douglas Adams then this was a show I was looking forward to immensely, but for heaven's sake try and keep some focus on a few

sump or slump?
