Really?
This seemed like a long overblown premiere or maybe prequel to when the real story starts.
Maybe my expectations were too high but although I was entertained then this is nowhere near the quality of “The Wire” or “Show Me a Hero”.
But then I’m a jaded old git. :)

This used to be clever and funny, but it was never and still isn’t as described above.
Now it seems to be struggling with both aspects, but whilst it succeeds in being clever then it’s just not very funny any more.

The best way of enjoying it is to just let it wash over you like a watersports event and not think too deeply about it.
In a strange way then I find it relaxing as I can turn my brain off and do other things at the same time, like picking my nose…

It’s a shame that this site has become so utterly messed up that loads of people have left, so you may want to mention that fact to whoever’s in charge of decision making here.
It must feel like pissing into the wind.

I’d say that this defied most of the laws of good writing:
Believable characters: No.
Believable plot: No.
Believable motivation: Maybe.
What I observed was:
Characters doing stupid things to drive the plot forward.
Characters lying or obfuscating for no apparent reason.
Sheer stupidity all round.
