I think it was Jonathon Pollard who suggested that we should avoid food our grandparents would not have recognized as food. I’m older than most of you, so that radically narrows the field. That being said, I’m not sure *I* would recognize this as food.

I find handwriting far superior for most written tasks than typing. I’ve been trying tablets with pens since about 2000. So far, the best two have been the iPad and Pencil, and the Microsoft Surface devices with OneNote.
