Those on strike can try throwing wooden shoes into the works.

I love me some William Gibson and have since I read Neuromancer when it was released.

Space opera.

It was another in the line of winners this season.

I’m smelling lawsuits! So excited!

It fascinates me that utter incompetence or a desire to drive this service into the sea are the only two things that explain what we’re watching.

I misread your headline and thought the article would be about making movies without actors rather than promoting movies without actors.

Self-driving cars are the future. The joke here is that it’s a greener, far less resource-intensive future because of them. I don’t want to own a car, except for the times when I do--and that’s what self-drivers are for.

I dunno. There’s Gene Wilder, then there’s everybody else. The thing I liked most about Wilder was the sense that his Willy had great depths, unexplored and unexpressed, but still you knew they were there. This kid, not so much.

Three facts:

Will there be a kaboom?

I’d rather see Gunn do John Ridley’s “The American Way.”

It always stuns me that they released the movie.

In thinking about the cave paintings of our own sub-species, I realized that they had to have been preceded by a long history of art that had no chance of surviving, in such media as leather, weavings of various materials, paints, beadwork...look at the cultures of native Americans before contact with the Europeans.

Wasn’t it brass?

Secret of the Incas. Google it.

If they’re wondering whether Indiana Jones has a 50s aesthetic, they might want to check out Secret of the Incas.

I thought the picture was of turds on ice.

The fact that Gunn seems ready to dump the truly outstanding part of the previous DC offerings tells me everything I need to know about Gunn.

I think the market segment that this affects will be very unhappy. Many will wait to see if the issue is adjusted.
