That was a really satisfying finale, and I'm stoked to see that my two favourite things from this season (PC Principal and the Garrison/Jenner campaign) are going to be present next year, too.

Leslie Knope, is that you?

Can't wait for the scene where a pile of corpses is arranged to form a giant vagina.

Oh damn, I wish I'd thought of that when I was filling it out. Now I've been robbed of a vote AND having American Dad's existence acknowledged!

Something something jellybeans.

"And don't forget that you can come and discuss the TV shows and other pop culture that the AV Club ignores in The A.V. Club After Dark!"

Where do I go to sign up for the swimsuit contest?

But stupid moves are the primary fuel for narrative in the Fargo universe!

FOR STUFFING!!!

I'd say it's their best work to date - you're in for a real treat!

This. Exactly this. Juxtaposed with the merciless carnage of everything that was going on, the baffling whimsy of the narration (and all that was implied by its mere existence) worked wonders here.

And who witnessed a group of guys tossing a pigskin back and forth one time.

Is Eddie Izzard in the band?

That's my purse! I DON'T KNOW YOU!!

But we're all so startled by it!

This "least essential" list is pretty inessential in and of itself. I can't imagine anyone stumbling across any one of these albums and thinking they could possibly be worthwhile.

*exact same footage plays again mere minutes later*

A lot of good stuff here! City and Colour, Marriages, Foxing, Mew, No Devotion and Silversun Pickups' releases would definitely be in my top 40, too.

I hadn't heard of The Sidekicks until now, and I'm quite enjoying what I'm hearing, so thanks for the recommendation! I'd be curious to see your full "best albums of 2015" list.
